What could be done with a LOT of money that would benefit the world.....

 We've all been there, sitting (laying) on the couch solving the worlds ills within the only sphere we have power, in out minds. But the Internet has changed that. It is now possible for an idea to be Go-Funded into fruition with a bit of luck and oratory skill but I digress, this is just an idea...

It's nearing the end of 2021 and there is 7.9 billion people living on the surface of this planet.

4.66 billion people are now online (with 92.6% of them accessing via a mobile device).

Now I doubt I'm the only one who is pissed of by the words put in my mouth by those people who don't know me. People who say they speak for me when they talk of war and how some country far away is an immediate threat to my family and myself and to say otherwise is an act of treason.

Im told who to hate, who to love, 

who I can be bias against and who are untouchable,

when is speech free or when does it cost your life,

When are opinions valued? when they match the person in powers opinion.

We are told to trust out government, at the same time the government is asking people to snitch on their neighbours.

How long ago was it that 48 hours work supported a family of 3 for a week (with a bit saved for holidays)?

With 2 parents working a total of say, 80 hours a week, how long would they have to save to think of starting a family. Has anyone considered the ramifications of the children who were never born because the parents were too busy or something? In 20 years time those non-children aren't have babies either. Combine that with a possible global health crisis (for examine a bloody pandemic) and add to it a food and power crisis thanks to the bright idea of stopping production of everything for a year or so (and then expect people to go back into their cesspool of a job that made their life so miserable when they have ben set free?)

And as everything gets tangled and the economy starts to crumble the sound of the war drums sound right on cue. The money has been harvested from this crop and the used up must make way for the new....

I hope I am wrong but all the patterns lead downwards.

So, back into the world of make believe and I going to try and articulate an idea.

A GLOBAL DISCUSSION

Back to the "4.66 billion people are now online". How many of them have power to effect change? Most  have a small amount of power to change things locally but very few obtain the power which can felt globally (the Bilderberg gang comes to mind).

Surely iot would be possible to create an online space that is separate from the Internet. A place to communicate. Text, Video, Virtual, everything possible. Built into this can be global discussions that can be analyzed by designed AI to find solutions. How many ideas are left unsaid? Are scribbled down on paper and lost. Or the pen ran out, or....

A place for free speech where ideas can generate solutions, solutions which can benefit the people. If the AI can break down how it put together a solution then it might be possible to financially repay the original contributors. The more people contribute to helping others to find solutions to helping others the more they get rewarded.

What would be needed to start this?

1, 2, 10 servers? Who knows. but I'm sure its possible.

Perception filters

 Apparently, there are people in this world that can see the exact same things as me, at the exact time etc, etc and yet STILL see something completely different.  You wonder if they are mentally challenged or perhaps just winding you up pretending to be stupid and while the internal monologue continues on its not so complimentary path the frontal cortex is busy doing its usual thing, ignoring the loud mouth that is ego, and sees that there might be amiss in the old perception filter. Flipping through through the rolodex of usual suspects he notices, with a momentary lapse for a mental clap in the back, that most of the biases have been flagged and toned down. Political, religious biases have been dampened by a good layer of  "Don't give a fuk!" and replaced with the "Them over there" rhetoric which is good for a world war or two... The dangers of over-analyzing

  The dangers of over- analyzing I like to search for answers. Finding them is secondary and just means I have to find another interesting question to find an answer for. It’s the search that interests me, Indiana Jones persona trapped within my psyche looking of mysteries to be unearthed. My addiction to what I call eureka moments (the time when an answer reveals itself) is what drives me forward. It’s why read as much as possible; it’s why I analyze  anything I don’t understand (which, to be honest, is most things). The advantage this gives me is that I know lots of things (most of which are pretty useless in any practical sense but interesting to me none-the-less) the disadvantage is that I often lose myself in whatever I’m thinking about at the time and I cease to see or hear anything around me to any significant degree.
